The Scottish Rum Festival returns this autumn. This year, we’ll be celebrating Scotland’s rum heritage in Glasgow.

Whether you’re a rum newcomer or seasoned connoisseur, The Scottish Rum Festival is this year’s unmissable drinks event.
Explore the very best of Scotland’s rich rum heritage and the exciting explosion of the nation’s emerging rum scene.

The Scottish Rum Festival will feature an incredible selection of premier rum brands from all over the country, with tastings and masterclasses from the distilleries and independent bottlers that have put Scotland firmly on the rum map.

2025 FESTIVAL Tickets

The Scottish Rum Festival runs over two sessions. Tickets include entry to the festival, a branded Glencairn glass and samples from attending brands.  Booking fees are applied to all tickets. This event has the following age restriction: 18+ only.

AFTERNOON SESSION: 12:00 - 15:30
EVENING SESSION: 16:30 - 20:00

The VENUE: SWG3, Glasgow

The SWG3 complex is located at 100 Eastvale Place, G3 8QG, in Glasgow's west end.

Important information:
SWG3 operates a strict No Search, No Entry policy and retain the right to ask anyone attending the event to take part in a bag search.
Please note that plastic, glass or metal bottles cannot be carried into the building.
We will provide water points at the festival to help you stay hydrated.

 

Getting to the venue:

By public transport

The nearest subway station is Kelvinhall, and the nearest train station is Partick — both a 10-15 walk from the venue. 

By car
Metered street parking is available on Eastvale Place and Kelvinhaugh Street, with no charges on Saturdays or Sundays. Parking on-site can be arranged for accessible and Blue Badge customers — please email access@swg3.tv or call 0141 337 1731 to arrange in advance.
